1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the A4 MART website and services at a4martstore.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.

Your email address must be verified before you can access account features. A4 MART reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Products and Availability

Product images on the Service are for illustration purposes. While we endeavour to display colours and details accurately, the actual product may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and process a cancellation with appropriate refund as applicable.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Cart and Orders

Adding items to your cart does not reserve or guarantee availability. Products in your cart may become unavailable before you complete checkout.

An order is only considered confirmed after you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Coupons and Offers

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, including minimum order amounts, usage limits, validity periods, and product scope. Only one coupon may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Payment

8.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. You must have the exact or reasonable change available. Failed COD deliveries may be subject to cancellation.

8.2 Online Payment

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. A4 MART does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords. An order placed via online payment is only confirmed after successful payment verification by Razorpay. If payment fails or is not completed, the order will not be confirmed and no charges will be applied.

You may retry an unpaid online order from the order details page within the time the order remains in a pending state.

9. Delivery

Delivery is available only to serviceable pin codes as determined by A4 MART. Delivery charges apply to orders below the free-delivery threshold, as displayed during checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and other factors.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order that is still in "Pending" status. Once an order has been confirmed or is being prepared, it can no longer be cancelled by you. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to abuse coupons or promotions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Provide false or misleading information during ordering

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A4 MART or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A4 MART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
